Casualties reported in Hebron, occupied West Bank

Local Palestinian sources report that an intense exchange of fire has taken place in the Ras al-Joura area in the city of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

An Al Jazeera correspondent said Israeli forces opened fire on the car of a young Palestinian man in Tarqumiya, at one of the entrances to Hebron.

Israeli forces said on their website they shot and killed “two terrorists” who had arrived by car at the Olive junction near Hebron, “and fired at the forces operating there”.

Major raids across the Occupied West Bank killed at least three Palestinians.

Dozens of military vehicles were confronted by Palestinian fighters in Jenin.
All five hospitals there were surrounded.
203 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli raids in the Occupied West Bank since October 7th.
