Cases of Coronavirus on a rise | Trouble mounts due to less Corona vaccine doses in Mumbai

The ground report of ABP News shows how people are waiting for Corona vaccine shot in long queues in Santacruz area of Mumbai, but in vain. Only 70 tokens were given to the people waiting outside VN Desai Hospital. देश में हर दिन सवा लाख से ज्यादा कोरोना केस बढ़ रहे हैं. कोरोना महामारी के खिलाफ वैक्सीनेशन का काम भी तेजी से चल रहा है. अप्रैल में एक दिन में वैक्सीन की डोज देने का आंकड़ा 36 लाख तक पहुंच गया है. इस बीच जानकारी मिली है कि भारत के पास वैक्सीन का स्टॉक सिर्फ 5.5 दिनों का बचा है. यानी कि लगभग एक हफ्ते के लिए ही राज्यों को वैक्सीन की सप्लाई की जा सकती है.


टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, भारत के पास वैक्सीन का टोटल स्टॉक करीब 19.6 मिलियन यानी कि 1 करोड़ 96 लाख डोज का बचा है. अगर हर दिन 36 लाख डोज दी जाए तो ये स्टॉक अगले 5.5 दिनों तक ही चल पाएगा. हालांकि, अच्छी बात ये है कि अगले एक हफ्ते तक वैक्सीन की नई खेप प्राप्त होने वाली है. लेकिन अगर वैक्सीनेशन की स्पीड को एक स्टोप भी आगे बढ़ाया गया को फिर कई राज्यों में वैक्सीन की किल्लत हो सकती है. अभी फिलहाल भारत में 45 साल से ज्यादा उम्र के सभी लोगों को कोरोना की वैक्सीन दी जा रही है.
