Care home restrictions are causing 'catastrophic, collateral damage' for the nation

Ylenia Angeli was arrested when she tried to remove her 97-year-old mother from her residential home when she couldn't visit her due to coronavirus restrictions - now she wants the sector to change.

Her daughter Leandra says it's causing undue mental distress for those in the homes - and those struggling to see them.
