During the inaugural ceremony of the Indian Pavilion at the 75th Cannes Film Festival on May 18, Mame Khan sang a Rajasthani folk song. Deepika Padukone, Tamannaah, Pooja Hegde and Urvashi Rautela performed to the song. Mame Khan became the first folk artist to walk Cannes 2022 red carpet. The Indian pavilion at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival was inaugurated with a video message by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
