Universities and colleges in Canada are increasingly reliant on international students who often pay up to five times more in tuition than domestic students.

Now that the federal government is putting a cap on foreign students the financial implications are worrying.

Universities and colleges say reducing those numbers will be a big hit to their bottom line and as Mike Drolet reports, the stress is being transferred to students.
