Team Canada saw one of its best Summer Olympic performances ever at the Tokyo Games, racking up a total of 24 medals. Eight gold medals were also earned — tying Canada's national record from the 1992 Barcelona Summer Games.
And throughout the record-breaking, history-making past two weeks, it was often our youngest athletes, from Penny Oleksiak to Julia Grosso, who stood tallest atop the podium.
