Since the King Street pilot project launched in Toronto back in 2017, the street has been a hotbed for traffic violations. But with so many drivers breaking the rules, is it even possible to enforce them?

King and Jarvis is one of Toronto's trickiest intersections, where traffic laws don't mean much.

The eastern end of the King Street Corridor is an express route for streetcars, where drivers aren't supposed to drive through the intersection.

But drivers routinely ignore the rules, with police in cars and on bicycles around in full view. Global’s Sean O’Shea has the details.
