Twelve years since the end of the civil war, the UN is accusing Sri Lanka of denying justice to the victims. 26 years of conflict left 100,000 people dead, and at least 20,000 missing.

Human rights chief Michelle Bachelet says the government is failing to pursue those responsible for war crimes.

Sri Lanka's government has rejected the accusations.
