7 राज्य की 13 विधानसभा सीट पर उपचुनाव की वोटों की गिनती जारी. उत्तराखंड की दो सीटों पर उपचुनाव में भी कांग्रेस का शानदार प्रदर्शन रहा है. मंगलोर और बदरीनाथ इन दोनों ही सीटों पर कांग्रेस के उम्मीदवार आगे हैं.

Counting of votes for by-elections on 13 assembly seats of 7 states is underway. Congress has performed well in the by-elections on two seats of Uttarakhand. Congress candidates are leading on both Mangalore and Badrinath seats.
