Business Minister calls P&O Ferries sackings 'callous'

Business Minister Paul Scully calls the sacking of 800 P&O staff 'callous' but says it's a matter of "complex web of international maritime law".

Mr Scully also spoke about the Government's stance on Ukraine and Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe's release from Iran after six years' detention, saying he understood her frustrations.
