Join Ian King as the UK's biggest listed commercial property company Land Securities said there were increasing signs that valuations were starting to stabilise following the sharp rise in interest rates since the end of 2021.

LandSec, whose assets include Trinity shopping centre in Leeds and Bluewater in Kent and which is major owner of central London office buildings, was reporting earnings of £371million for the year to the end of March - down 6% on the previous 12 months.
