जम्मू-कश्मीर को अपनी पहली FDI डील मिल गई। दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी इमारत बुर्ज खलिफा को बनाने वाली कंपनी एमार प्रॉपर्टीज अब भारत में एक Milestone बनाने जा रही है। दुबई की रियल एस्टेट फर्म जम्मू-कश्मीर के श्रीनगर में 5 लाख square feet का शॉपिंग मॉल बनाएगी, जो घाटी का सबसे बड़ा मॉल होगा।

Jammu and Kashmir got its first FDI deal. Emaar Properties, the company that built the world's largest building Burj Khalifa, is now going to build a milestone in India. The Dubai-based real estate firm will build a 5 lakh square feet shopping mall in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar, which will be the largest mall in the Valley.
