Budget 2022: Activist Analyses Budget Allocation For Social Schemes, Farmers

Union Budget 2022: "One of the things we were hoping for but there has been no such announcement is primarily urban employment schemes. We have very clear figures on what was needed but we are waiting for the part of it to be uploaded to get some clarity. Social security pension for instance, for fifteen years, there were no entries. The sectors we are looking at are agriculture, and food security . We are looking very hard at NREGA, education, and social security schemes," said Nikhil Dey, founding member, Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan (MKSS).
