Bruce Willis to quit acting over brain condition

The legendary Hollywood actor Bruce Willis is to give up acting after he was diagnosed with a brain condition.

The Die Hard star’s family said he was suffering from aphasia, which is “impacting his cognitive abilities”.

Willis, 67, made his name starring alongside Cybill Shepherd in the 1980s series Moonlighting before going on to star in movies such as Die Hard, Pulp Fiction and the Sixth Sense.
