Brexit deal: Northern Ireland sovereignty 'safeguarded', says PM

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak outlined three things achieved by the Windsor Framework agreed upon with the EU.

He also celebrated Northern Ireland having access to both UK markets and the EU, which he described as "an unbelievably special position".
