The craft beer brewer has been handed an open letter from over 300 member of staff accusing them of a systemic toxic work environment.

BrewDog co-founder James Watt has ordered an independent review after employees accussed the company’s founders of creating an aggressive culture that excused sexism and misogyny and left some feeling harassed, and belittled.

Sky's business correspondent Paul Kelso visited the brewery.
