High Court Verdict on Kejriwal: दिल्ली के CM केजरीवाल से जुड़ी बड़ी ख़बर आ रही है. हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई पूरी हो गई है और केजरीवाल की याचिका पर 4 बजे फैसला आएगा। गिरफ्तारी को याचिका में चुनौती दी गई है। केजरीवाल के वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा कि- इस मामले में कोर्ट के दखल की तुंरत ज़रूरत है। ये मूल अधिकारों के हनन का मामला है...चुनाव से ठीक पहले गिरफ्तार किया गया...चुनाव प्रचार से रोकने के लिए गिरफ्तारी। वहीं ईडी के वकील ASG राजू ने कोर्ट में दलील दी है कि ED का ये अधिकार बनता है कि अंतरिम राहत की केजरीवाल की मांग पर भी उसे जवाब दाखिल करने का मौक़ा मिले। कोर्ट इस अधिकार से वंचित नहीं कर सकते।

High Court Verdict on Kejriwal: Big news is coming related to Delhi CM Kejriwal. The hearing in the High Court has been completed and the decision on Kejriwal's petition will come at 4 o'clock. The arrest has been challenged in the petition. Kejriwal's lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that there is an immediate need for the court's intervention in this matter. This is a case of violation of fundamental rights...arrested just before the elections...arrested to stop him from election campaigning. At the same time, ED's lawyer ASG Raju has argued in the court that it is the right of ED to get a chance to file its reply even on Kejriwal's demand for interim relief. Courts cannot deprive you of this right.
