स्वाति मालिवाल केस में आरोपी और सीएम केजरीवाल के पीए विभव कुमार को दिल्ली पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. हालांकि विभव के वकील ने कोर्ट में उनकी अग्रिम ज़मानत की अर्जी दी थी मगर कोर्ट ने कहा कि आरोपी पहले ही गिरफ्तार हो गया है. इसलिए इस पर सुनवाई का कोई औचित्य नहीं बनता. याचिका खारिज हो गई है.

Delhi Police has arrested Vibhav Kumar, the accused in the Swati Maliwal case and PA of CM Kejriwal. Although Vibhav's lawyer had applied for his anticipatory bail in the court, but the court said that the accused has already been arrested. Therefore, there is no justification for hearing this. The petition has been rejected.
