राजधानी दिल्ली में अपराधियों के हौसले बुलंद है. दिल्ली के द्वारका मोड़ इलाके में एक स्कूली छात्रा पर बाइक सवार मनचलों ने तेजाब फेंक दिया है. उपराज्यपाल ने दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर से पूरे मामले की रिपोर्ट मांगी है.
