Breaking News: आज Kejriwal पर होगा बड़ा फैसला? Delhi High Court Verdict | Hindi News | ED | Bail

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की ज़मानत पर लगी रोक बरकरार रहेगी या नहीं, इस पर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट आज अपना फैसला सुनाएगा । फैसला दोपहर बाद 2:30 बजे जस्टिस सुधीर कुमार जैन की बेंच सुनाएगी। दरअसल ED ने केजरीवाल की जमानत का विरोध किया है और दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में जवाब दाखिल किया है । ED ने कहा है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल को मिली जमानत गैर कानूनी है साथ ही केजरीवाल की जमानत का फैसला एकतरफा है । हाई कोर्ट ने 21 जून को केजरीवाल की जमानत पर निचली अदालत के फैसले पर रोक लगा दी थी। कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था।

The decision will be pronounced by the bench of Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain at 2:30 pm. In fact, ED has opposed Kejriwal's bail and has filed a reply in Delhi High Court. ED has said that the bail granted to Arvind Kejriwal is illegal and the decision of Kejriwal's bail is one-sided. On June 21, the High Court had stayed the lower court's decision on Kejriwal's bail. The court had reserved its decision.
