BREAKING: 'I'm sorry' - Rishi Sunak leaves Downing Street

Rishi Sunak has left Downing Street for the last time, saying in his final speech "I'm sorry".

He said he had given the job his "all" but voters have "sent a clear signal that the government of the United Kingdom must change".

With more than 635 out of 650 seats declared, Labour will form the next government with a majority of at least 100.
