Uttarakhand Cloud Burst: उत्तराखंड (Uttarakhand) के धारचूला (Dharchula) में बादल फट गया है. इससे दारमा घाटी के चल गांव का पुल टूट गया है. गांव को जोड़ने वाला पुल टूटने की वजह से 200 से ज्यादा लोग फंस गए हैं.
