Boris Johnson 'may be tempted' to run again as party leader, ally suggests

A close ally of Boris Johnson has suggested he may be tempted to run again as party leader in the future "if the ball comes loose in the scrum".

Lord Lister told Sophy Ridge on Sunday that MPs "overreacted" to the scandals that led to Mr Johnson's downfall and it was wrong to get rid of him.
