Since leaving office last January, Brazil’s former president Jair Bolsonaro has been facing a series of accusations – from allegedly falsifying vaccine records to trying to illegally import millions of dollars in jewels. But a trial that begins on June 22nd may make him ineligible for office. Bolsonaro is being charged of abusing his power as president to make unfounded attacks against Brazil’s electoral system.
