The BJP's governments in states want to increase pollution in Delhi through conspiracies, Gopal Rai, Delhi's Environment Minister, said. The BJP governments in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and at the central level are ignoring the orders of the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM). They are not promoting CNG and electric buses despite having enough funds, he said. "Among the most polluted districts in India, 20 are from Haryana, and the two most-polluted cities - Greater Noida and Noida - are under the BJP government.
