Bihar Assembly Election 2020: Bihar is set to elect the NDA (National Democratic Alliance) again, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said this morning as he visited the state for the fourth time since the start of the election campaign. His remarks came amid polling in 94 of the state's 243 assembly seats in the second phase of the three-phased state elections, the biggest ever since novel coronavirus pandemic began.
