Biden says Ukrainians "making fools" of Russian military, urges Congress to approve more aid | FULL

U.S. President Joe Biden delivered remarks in Alabama on Tuesday, thanking staff at a Lockheed Martin factory for their work. The factory produces weapons that have been supplied to Ukraine, which helps those in the eastern European country defend themselves against Russia.

"You're allowing the Ukrainians to defend themselves and quite frankly, they're making fools of the Russian military in many instances," said Biden.

The president also used his remarks to again urge Congress to approve more aid for Ukraine through the passage of a US$33 billion supplemental funding bill.
