The US President-elect Joe Biden has called Donald Trump's refusal to concede the presidential election "an embarrassment".
The Trump administration is reportedly refusing to assist the president-elect's transition team and blocking them from accessing vital resources.
But Biden says nothing will stop the transfer of power in January and his camp is threatening legal action if they are blocked.
