US President-elect Joe Biden is moving forward with transition plans, as the congratulations at home and abroad continue to come in.
This week he will meet with his advisers to plan for combatting coronavirus in the US and reviving the economy.
Biden has promised a sharp break with policies enacted under outgoing President Trump and has made a host of campaign promises on COVID-19, healthcare, global warming and other issues.
But observers wonder how much luck he would have if the Republican Party controls the Senate.
