Biden: 'Every inch of NATO territory will be defended'

President Biden says that NATO is more secure now that it was before the Russian invasion of Ukraine began.

He listed a number of new and current members of the alliance who have pledged to hit or have reached a minimum spend of 2% of GDP on defence.

He also announced a further $800m for Ukraine, on top of $7bn already invested since he took office.
