US President-elect Joe Biden has criticised the Trump administration for falling behind in its roll-out of COVID-19 vaccines.
He warned if the roll-out continues at its current pace, it could take years before the population is fully vaccinated.
Biden said he would invoke the Defense Protection Act to fulfil his goal of getting 100 million people inoculated in 100 days.
