Before the coronavirus pandemic, thousands of pilgrims and tourists visited Bethlehem around this time of year, the birthplace of Jesus Christ. But lockdowns and travel restrictions saw visitor numbers plummet. Now, after two difficult years, people are finally coming back. DW correspondent Tania Krämer travelled to Bethlehem, in the West Bank, to see how the town's gearing up.
