दिवाली के मौके पर बंगाल पर संकट के बादल छाए हुए हैं. सितरंग की वजह से पश्चिम बंगाल के उत्तर और दक्षिण में दिवाली से ही बारिश शुरू हो जाएगी. मौसम विभाग ने तूफान की वजह से कोलकाता, उत्तर और दक्षिण 24 परगना में 25 अक्टूबर को भारी बारिश की चेतावनी जारी कर दी है.
