B.C. to decriminalize simple possession of certain drugs

Under a three-year pilot program starting Tuesday in British Columbia, it will be legal for those 18 and older to possess small amounts of certain drugs. While advocates say decriminalization alone won't stop thousands of people from dying, others say it's a step in the right direction when it comes to how drug users are treated.
