An unusual case has left police scratching their heads on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border after a 36-year-old man wanted in B.C. was detained in Oregon.

His detainment came after questions were raised about why he was even in the state and how he got there. It was his rescue from a capsized boat that led to his arrest.

It's a bizarre story that involves the movie "The Goonies" and a dead fish. Jasmine Bala reports.
