Vancouver Island man Trevor Hocking recounts the terrifying ordeal of saving his dog, Rilie, from an attacking wolf-dog that has been roaming the area for months. The animal, known locally as WD-40 for its wolf-dog designation and slippery nature, has attacked multiple pets, reportedly killing at least one dog, but confusion surrounds which agency is responsible for dealing with the animal.
