Residents of Barrie, Ontario are mourning six young adults killed when the vehicle they were in crashed and was found inside a construction hole beyond barriers that were set up on a closed road.

The four men and two women went missing after they went out Friday night, with their plan to go to a casino along the closed roadway. The regional coroner's handling the investigation with help from Ontario's Ministry of Labour.

Why the young people were in a closed road under construction and should markings have been more clear being part of the investigation's focus.

Sean O'Shea spoke with residents and friends of the young adults who died as a city tries to understand what happened.
