Tea pickers in Bangladesh have gone on permanent strike, demanding a pay rise.
They are among the lowest paid workers, earning slightly more than $1 per day.
Their union wants a 150 percent pay rise.
It has rejected the government's latest offer of a 25 cents per day wage rise.
