Baltimore Bridge collapse: 'They thought it was an earthquake'

Locals in Baltimore thought an "earthquake" had hit the area after the Francis Scott Key Bridge in the city collapsed.

A ship hit the structure as Baltimore City Fire Department calls the incident a "developing mass casualty event".
