कुछ दिनों पहले दक्षिण अफ़्रीका में हुए BRICS समिट में सबके सामने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने चीन के राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग को सीमा विवाद के मुद्दे पर खरी खोटी सुनाई थी। जिनपिंग तभी से नाराज़ थे और उसी नाराज़गी के चलते उन्होंने G20 सम्मेलन में आने से इनकार कर दिया। लेकिन उनका ये इनकार उनके गले की फांस बन गया है। भारत ने साफ़ कर दिया है कि जिनपिंग के नहीं आने से उसे कोई फ़र्क़ नहीं पड़ता है, वहीं अमेरिका ने भी सख़्त लहज़े में जिनपिंग को लताड़ लगाई और कहा कि हर काम को बिगाड़ना चीन की फ़ितरत बन गई है।

A few days ago, at the BRICS summit held in South Africa, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had scolded Chinese President Xi Jinping in front of everyone on the issue of border dispute. Jinping was angry since then and due to the same anger he refused to come to the G20 conference. But his refusal has become a noose around his neck. India has made it clear that it does not make any difference to Jinping's absence, while America also scolded Jinping in a harsh tone and said that it has become China's nature to spoil every work.
