Baat Pate Ki: संदेशखाली का खलनायक शाहजहां शेख अभी तक पुलिस की गिरफ्त से दूर है। कोई कह रहा है कि वो पश्चिम बंगाल में ही कहीं छिपा है। तो कोई कह रहा है कि वो बांग्लादेश भाग गया। लेकिन, ED यानि प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने TMC नेता शाहजहां शेख की अग्रिम ज़मानत की याचिका के खिलाफ कोर्ट में दलील देते हुए कहा कि अगर उसे अग्रिम जमानत मिल जाएगी, तो वो लंदन भाग सकता है। ईडी के वकील ने तर्क भी दिया कि शाहजहां शेख बहुत प्रभावशाली है। ईडी और सीआरपीएफ कर्मियों पर हमला शुरू करने के लिए केवल 15 मिनट के अंदर उसने लगभग 3 हज़ार लोगों की भीड़ जुटा ली थी। उसके मोबाइल लोकेशन से पता चला कि वो उस वक्त अपने घर पर ही था और हमला उसके सामने हुआ था। वहीं आरोपी शाहजहां शेख के वकील ने कहा कि उनका मुवक्किल जांच में पूरा सहयोग देने के लिए तैयार है, बशर्ते उसे जबरन कार्रवाई न किए जाने का भरोसा मिले। जिसके बाद जज ने इस मामले में अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया।

But, ED i.e. Enforcement Directorate argued in the court against the anticipatory bail plea of TMC leader Shahjahan Shaikh, saying that if he gets anticipatory bail, he can flee to London. ED's lawyer also argued that Shahjahan Sheikh is very influential. Within just 15 minutes, he had gathered a crowd of around 3 thousand people to launch an attack on ED and CRPF personnel. His mobile location revealed that he was at home at that time and the attack took place in front of him. The lawyer of accused Shahjahan Sheikh said that his client is ready to give full cooperation in the investigation, provided he is assured that no coercive action will be taken. After which the judge reserved his decision in this case.
