In the wake of former Yorkshire player Azeem Rafiq's explosive testimony to MPs, a 12-point plan will be revealed next week.

Although as if to illustrate the sheer complexity of the problem, Mr Rafiq has since apologised for anti-Semitic posts on social media he made a decade ago.
