शिवसेना नेताओं को अभी तक राम मंदिर उद्घाटन का निमंत्रण नहीं मिला है. इसे लेकर संजय राउत ने कहा, 'भगवान राम बीजेपी की प्राइवेट प्रॉपर्टी नहीं हैं. जिनको बुलाया है, उनको तो जाना ही चाहिए और जिसको नहीं बुलाया है, उसे भी जाना चाहिए. राम सबके हैं.' दरअसल, राम मंदिर आंदोलन के वक्त एक्टिव रही शिवसेना के किसी भी नेता और यहां तक कि पार्टी प्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे तक को निमंत्रण नहीं दिया गया है, जिस पर काफी सवाल उठ रहे हैं.संजय राउत ने कहा है कि बीजेपी जिस जगह पर राम मंदिर बनाने की बात कर रही थी, वहां मंदिर नहीं बनाया गया है. वह विवादित जगह आज भी वैसी ही है. मंदिर वहां से 3-4 किमी दूर बनाया गया है. उन्होंने कहा कि जहां कहते थे कि रामलला हम आएंगे मंदिर वहीं बनाएंगे, लेकिन मंदिर वहां नहीं बना है. इस पर बीजेपी को बात करनी चाहिए
