A series of farmers' rallies by the Congress in Rajasthan has set off a political competition in the state between various factions of the party. Rahul Gandhi set the ball rolling by flagging off a series of kissan panchayats in Rajasthan. Sachin Pilot and his group carried out a massive rally near Jaipur on Friday where no one from the Ashok Gehlot camp showed up. Then a day later, the party's Jaipur unit held a massive rally in the city , which in turn was not attended by Mr Pilot's loyalists.
