At least 40 killed in fire at Mexican migrant facility near U.S. border

At least 40 people have died and several were injured in a fire at the National Migration Institute, a migrant facility in Mexico near the U.S. border. Officials say the fire was started by migrants who were protesting after learning they would be deported.
