Assam is getting ready to celebrate the winter harvest festival of Bhogali or Magh Bihu. People have been thronging Bhogali Bihu melas across the state. Bihu eve, called Uruka, is tonight and community grand feasts and celebrations are scheduled for tomorrow, NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury reports.
