Asda has lost a Supreme Court fight with store workers who brought equal pay claims.
The judges were asked to consider whether the store workers are entitled to compare themselves to distribution staff for equal pay purposes and they said yes.
Sky's Asha Hurynag says the ruling could have big implications for the whole sector.
