Delhi Minister Atishi challenged the BJP openly, saying if it wants to defeat Mr Kejriwal, it should compete on the ground without the ED's support. "Arvind Kejriwal won big in the Delhi High Court. Despite the ED's repeated applications, the court refused to dismiss the application.
The High Court issued a notice to the ED on the application for interim release and demanded a response by April 22. The ED, which has become a political tool of the BJP, should say how much money has been recovered so far after all the summons they sent," she said.
