A public interest litigation has been filed against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi High Court. In this petition, it has been demanded that Kejriwal should be removed from the post of CM of Delhi. According to the report of Live Law, this petition has been filed by a person named Surjit Singh Yadav. Kejriwal has been arrested by ED on Thursday (March 21, 2024) in a money laundering case related to Delhi Liquor Policy. This is coming to light at a time when today the Central Investigation Agency, while demanding his (Kejriwal) custody for 10 days, argued in the Rouse Avenue Court that he was the main conspirator.
