Any woman can get breast cancer, so that's why it's important to check your breasts regularly.

A new campaign's been launched, using a poem and illustrations, to help promote regular check-ups and ensure people understand the signs and symptoms of the potentially deadly condition.

Consultant breast surgeon Dr Liz O' Riordan suffered from the disease herself and wants to spread awareness.
